Refund & Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our business model, returns are handled under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items purchased on sale or promotional discount.
- Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item due to change of mind:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A restocking or handling fee may apply if necessary.
International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photo or video evidence is required.
- If approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your return once received.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
