Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days depending on the destination (United States and Mexico).

Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
GJBRO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Since we operate under a dropshipping model, the customer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country (USA/Mexico).

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods. GJBRO is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, GJBRO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
